Shear Creations Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, or if an appointment is missed, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged in order to rebook at our salon.
